The obsession to deliver quality in time has led HJB to set up
these in-house facilities so that the project related
carpentry, joinery and aluminum fabrication are delivered on
time while a close supervision on quality is maintained.

Over a
period of time these facilities have expanded considerably and
attained self-sufficiency. Today they are independent profit
centers and equipped with latest machinery/equipment.
PLANT WORKSHOP
HJB’s
ability to successfully undertake major projects, mobilize in
far away locations and sustain logistics is based on its
plant & machinery and fleet strength.
Keeping it
in top working condition is the responsibility of the Plant
Workshop.
It is
fully equipped with service facilities and personnel for this
crucial job.

DESIGN/DRAWING
Equipped with the latest
Capabilities HJB’s design office and personnel are in a
position to provide adequate back up to all its construction
activities
EDP
Top
Most of the activities of the
company like, accounting, inventory, pre and post tendering
activities, quantity survey, drawing and other routine office
services are computerized. The EDP provides customized
solutions to individual requirements that arise from time to
time in an expanding environment where more and more emphasis
is placed on computerization.
WAREHOUSING
The Company has its own
warehousing arrangements for the construction raw material
requirements as well as trading inventory. In addition to the
existing facilities, in view of the substantial expansions
taking place, a new purpose-built complex, envisaged to house
inventory, carpentry/joinery, aluminum workshop and vehicle
workshop has been added to the existing facilities.
